Team Burn It Up is an 805 local running group geared towards novice runners to elite runners. Team B.I.U is lead by a professional certified trainer Ariela Ramos and Elite Sports Race director Bill Escobar who will coach you through your very first 5k, 10k, or half marathon and through the finish line.
If you have never run in your life Don’t Sweat It! We have all been there before. Our coaches have years of experience coaching non- athletes as well as advanced. We also offer online running programs to help guide you when we are not around! Only $12 a month for a 3 month program! Our online programs are designed specifically for beginners, intermediate, and advanced runners.
12 week running program designed specifically for the non runner or beginner runner. It starts you off with a walk/run routine that make running fun again. This program emphasizes in building a strong base foundation of consistent aerobic activity. It includes helpful tips for each week to keep you injury free and feeling confident that you will cross that finish line with a smile.
12 week running program designed specifically for the intermediate runner or experienced runner who wants to put some more races under their belt. The workouts start you off with some basic foundation workouts that you may already know and some little know racing tips that will make your 10k stronger, faster, and more ejoyable
